Metadata Maestro allows users to create, edit, validate and transform discovery metadata records to MEDIN, GEMINI and ISO standards.
Metadata Maestro operates in desktop standalone mode as well as being able to use a web service to access required vocabularies when an internet connection is available. It is free to download under licence. Instructions for download and installation (274 KB)

The current version is 1.1.0 (26th April 2012) and allows creation and transformation of GEMINI2.1 metadata.The preceding version resolved the issue with the EPSG Registry Service (see Annex C, section 10.4 of the user guide), and this fix is also present in this version.
